Starting today, we are looking for members for four different volunteer positions in our church.

St Rose is starting four new ministries: Photography, Social Media/Graphics, Digital Display Ministry and Youth Band.

1. Those with photography experience, interest in learning about the field or enjoy photography, join the Photography ministry and begin your first task this weekend. Our first task is to photograph our parishioners on our campus during Mass. There are no in person meetings and all correspondence and assignments are given via email. This task can be a little as 1 hour a month to 4 hours a week. Depends on your time and flexibility.

2. St Rose is assembling a Digital Media Creation Team that will determine the parish logo, brand themes and social media aesthetics. Like the photography ministry, all correspondence and assignments are given online and hours performed for the tasks are at your discretion (minimum 1 hour a month to 4 hours a week). The first tasks will be to determine the SRL social media promotion calendar, theme colors and logos for social media.

3.The Digital Display ministry is enlisting volunteers to run the church display boards during all the Masses. This easy service hour is performed in the music area (by the instruments) and the primary task is to move the power point slides at the appropriate times throughout the Mass. The volunteer is asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to Mass to upload the new song numbers and click the slide during Mass. You will earn 2 hours for this duty. More hours can be given if you are creative.

4. We would like to create a band made of confirmed high schoolers and young adults to play during youth nights starting next school year. We need vocalists and musicians of all types. It’s time for you to use the gifts God gave you to help show the love of Jesus to the teens younger than you!
